How to contact us

Our practice is accepting new patients. We can see clients in-person or virtually. Please call to learn more about our practice and/or to schedule your intake evaluation.

We are located at 7 North Broadway | 3rd Floor | Nyack NY (located above the RCC/BOCES Cafe/Deli). Off street parking is located on Main Street behind the building. At the front entrance on North Broadway the cement archway says 10 and there is a sticker showing 7. Please take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
